Fixed mortgage rates have dropped slightly and are at their lowest levels in about a month. Most ARM loans continue to rise.

Here are latest mortgage rates:

Conventional: 

• 30 year fixed = 3.875%
• 20 year fixed = 3.75%
• 15 year fixed = 3.375%
• 10 Year ARM = 3.875%
• 7 Year ARM = 3.75%
• 5 Year ARM = 3.75%
• FHA / VA = 30 year fixed rate = 4.00%

• Jumbo (loan amounts over $453,100) 
• 30 year fixed rate = 4.125%
• 15 year fixed rate = 3.875%
• 5 year ARM = 3.375%
• 7 year ARM = 3.625%
• 10 year ARM = 3.875%
