Conventional

30 year fixed = 4.75%

20 year fixed = 4.50%

15 year fixed = 4.25%

FHA/VA 

30 year fixed = 4.50%

Jumbo (loan amounts over $453,100)

30 year fixed = 4.625%

15 year fixed = 4.50%

5 year ARM = 4.125%
