Mortgage rates have dropped again for most products since my update last week. Let your buyers know that are writing contracts this weekend that mortgage rates are at their lowest levels in over a year.

Here are latest mortgage rates:

Conventional

30 year fixed = 4.375%

20 year fixed = 4.25%

15 year fixed = 3.875%

5 year ARM = 4.125%

7 year ARM = 4.25%  

FHA/VA 

15 year fixed = 4.25%

30 year fixed = 4.25%

Jumbo (loan amounts over $484,350)

30 year fixed = 4.375%

15 year fixed = 4.00%

5 year ARM = 3.875%

7 year ARM = 3.875%
