Weekly Mortgage Rate Update
The downward trend of mortgage rates continues this week! Perfect timing for those buyers that are getting an early start to the upcoming spring market. Mortgage rates fell about 0.125% across the board on all mortgage products since my last update.
Here are latest mortgage rates:
Conventional
30 year fixed = 4.50%
20 year fixed = 4.375%
15 year fixed = 4.00%
FHA/VA
15 year fixed = 4.125%
30 year fixed = 4.50%
Jumbo (loan amounts over $484,350)
30 year fixed = 4.375%
15 year fixed = 4.125%
7 year ARM = 3.875%
