Mortgage rates experienced an upward trend again this week, pushing rates to their highest level in the last 7 years. 

Here are latest mortgage rates:

Conventional

30 year fixed = 4.75%

20 year fixed = 4.625%

15 year fixed = 4.375%

FHA/VA 

30 year fixed = 4.625%

Jumbo (loan amounts over $453,100)

30 year fixed = 4.625%

15 year fixed = 4.50%

5 year ARM = 4.125%
